The untold side of Success the society never told you
Success and Failure are best friends who cannot be separated
Success is a very craved thing for every human of any age or place. All the workforce of the world and cycle of life revolves round success. Normal people go behind it and work for it in their abilities and ambition levels. Saints and babas say that it is all ignorance. So let me share my point of view on ‘Success’
Our society brainwashes children and youth by always telling success stories of great people, relatives, or neighbours. Failure is considered incapability, laziness, or brainless. Failing is not at all allowed in our society. That is the reason when an individual succeeds in a different path, everyone starts following him, believing its a sure path to success. So sad that children and youth in our society are forced to blindly obey the system, which skillfully and traditionally suppresses the human spirit, turning people into an insignificant crowd.
Success or failure never 100% belongs to a single person. There are a lot of factors affecting it. Many times people think, failure depresses a person. But in many cases, unwanted and over success makes people think bigger than real about themselves and pushes them into over-confidence state. If they fall down from there, they cannot face the reality. It happened in so many cases where teenagers or young adults became celebrities in no time and then could not continue the success for so long. Many people committed suicide like that, the reason is ‘over success’.
Even success achieved by deserving it builds up ego for many people that ‘I am great, so I achieved it all by my own’. Ego is the start of the downfall of the person either career-wise or character-wise. Failures push a person into depression because he/she thinks ‘I am completely responsible for all my failures’. Both cases are wrong because, there are a lot of factors apart from so-called handwork, determination, dedication etc.
Usually, success is perceived as possessing a prestigious profession, a lot of money, real estate, expensive cars, fame etc. and in pursuit of this one can spend his/her whole life. I feel success means to know to live, live to the fullest, with curiosity, interest on future, act, doing things you love, set small or big goals and enjoy the process of growing older.
More than success, failure moves anyone forward, there are a lot of quotations, I need not repeat but always success will be a guest and failure is a friend. Happiness is the goal of life. Happiness is what you feel right now at the moment, not something after 10 years. Arthur Schopenhauer said that “Life is the means and its end must be worth living!!! “
