Health- An obstacle for indulging in bad habits
Health is my obsession. Who reads my posts is immaterial to me. Health is a global issue. Health means a long life. It gives you an opportunity to achieve your goals.
How you can achieve good health and how to keep yourself in good health are the questions you should answer yourself.. You may have BP or you may be suffering from diabetes. Can you walk? If you can walk, you can regain your health. I know people are reluctant to walk. That’s why many say a man is yet to learn to walk on the earth. People are ready to do yoga. They are ready to work out in a gym. There are morning walkers. There are walkers associations. But they walk for fitness, not for health. It is a must they think to indulge in their bad habits.
If they love walking why do they go a ground by bike? They don’t enjoy walking as they enjoy consuming liquor. Walking gives them a license to indulge in their bad habits. There is no concern for society. Even when they do yoga it is the same thing. But we can give it serious thought. Walking prevents many health problems like BP or sugar It will keep BP or sugar under control. It is unlike yoga. You can walk at any time. It is inexpensive. You can set your own pace.
Is walking something alien to your body? Man is an organism, an animal. What is the exercise for any animal or organism? None of them does yoga. They walk or run. We call it locomotion. Locomotion is a definite feature of an animal like reproduction.
For a patient with BP or sugar doctor suggests walking. So if you agree with me start walking. If you are suffering from joint pains, you can avoid it.
Lastly about myself. I love walking. It is not an exercise but a way of life. I go out on foot for any work.Only when it is urgent I hire an auto. Perhaps I didn’t tell you that I didn’t have a vehicle, two-wheelers or four-wheelers. I am not affected by any rise in the petrol price.
