Indians don’t travel. If they are travel, they go on pilgrimages.
Our elders don’t know to take a break, our children are not taken to holiday vacations, newly married don’t go to a honeymoon, our families don’t know what is a summer trip. It’s the reason they get stuck in their own small bubbles taking every small thing so seriously never having the scope to look life from a distance and explore its beauty on a voyage of adventures. Leave about rich. India has more than 80% lower middle class and I’m talking about them.
“Why do you go away? So that you can come back. So that you can see the place you came from with new eyes and extra colours. And the people there see you differently, too. Coming back to where you started is not the same as never leaving.”
― Terry Pratchett, A Hat Full of Sky
It’s a well known a fact that Indians are very poor in travelling. We never go on trips to other countries only through which we broaden our horizons of thought and outlook.
Enough of Tirupati and Shirdi, just start going to some aesthetic places like Manali, Darjiling, Ooty, or Araku Valley. God is also fed up with your repeated visits for generations!!
