I got glasses in my thirtees.Some
Said that I looked better in them
I would hold them in my left hand
Before long I saw the doctor a second
Time.Now I knew they were for vision
And not like I thought for fashion.
Since then I have worn glasses as
If they were there by birth. It is
Only when I go to bed that I remove
Them.I search for them when I have
Them on .I was washing my face ,
I splashed water on my glasses
Instead of the face.One day
They broke.Till I had a new pair
I was like a blindman.Then it
Was an eye opener to know that
My glasses are my guards
And my eyes my best assets..
