To an old friend By R.Krishnamurthy
I thouhght I knew you
Like a shepeherd knew his sheep
Even one can not stray from his view
Even in a forest deep
I thought I knew you
Like a mother knows her baby
Even if it were twins, who is who
By their laughter or cry
I thought I knew you
Better than a shepherd his ewe
Better than a mother her child
But I feel decieved
Even a guy knows his bike
From many looking alike
Something gives him a clue
But I did not know a pinching shoe.
